Rate Structure Update

The Board of Trustees initiated a comprehensive rate study that began in May 2022. A Resident Roundtable was created to inform a new rate structure. The rate structure impacts how revenue is recovered through base rates, usage rates, or tiers. Changing the structure of water and sewer rates may increase or decrease your water bill depending on usage and your water tap class. The following meetings will include valuable information and ways to engage and share your perspective.

Utility Rate Structure Work Session - Sept. 20, 2022

The Resident Utility Rate Roundtable will present their recommended utility rate structure to the Board of Trustees. Following the rate structure recommendation, staff will present the 2023 Public Works Draft Budget.
