    The Eco Baby Spoon and Fork and Eco Feeding Spoon can break into small pieces, posing a choking hazard.

  2. Lidl US Recalls Powerfix Steel Shelving Units Due To Tip-Over and Entrapment Hazards

    The recalled shelving units can be missing wall mounting hardware, which is used to attach the shelving unit to the wall to prevent it from tipping or falling, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards.

  3. RH Recalls Wine Barrel Chandeliers Due to Injury Hazard

    Hardware parts used to hang the chandeliers can break causing the chandelier to fall from the ceiling, posing an injury hazard.

    The recalled Crock-Pot multi-cooker can pressurize when the lid is not fully locked.  This can cause the lid to suddenly detach while the product is in use, posing burn risks to consumers from hot food and liquids ejected from the product.
