How much will the rate increase for the average household?

Your exact bill will be determined by your household water usage plus the base rate.

The following is an example provided only for reference.
If a customer were to consume the average of Wellington residents (7,000 gallons) the bill would increase $16.14 for the base rate and $6.37 for the household water use. In total, this sample bill would see an increase of $22.51.
