If you missed the public meeting hosted by the Town of Wellington, in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), and the AECOM engineering team, you can watch the recording now by clicking here.
Some residents will be impacted by the ongoing Larimer County floodplain mapping update. The purpose of this meeting was to describe the next steps in the process, answer questions, present citizen-targeted resources and materials, highlight critical details about the National Flood Insurance Program, and discuss the changes in flood zones and flood risk information.
