Written comments received before 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2023 will be included in the meeting packet available by clicking here prior to the meeting. Written comments will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2023 and will be published in an amended packet. After 3 p.m. on June 2 written public comments can not be accepted.
Verbal comments will be received in person at the June 5, 2023 Planning Commission meeting, which will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Leeper Center.

Overview
The Town of Wellington Planning Commission is responsible for developing, adopting, and implementing the Comprehensive Plan to address community development and growth. This includes creating zoning regulations, land use policies, and other guidelines that help shape the community's physical and economic landscape.
Some of the common tasks include
- Developing and updating the Comprehensive Plan.
- Reviewing and making recommendations on development proposals and land use applications.
- Drafting and updating zoning regulations and other planning policies.
- Engaging with community members to gather input and feedback on planning initiatives.
The Planning Commission is a quasi-judicial seven-member board that serves an 4-year term appointed by the Board of Trustees
